SAM is committed to ensuring that on December 11th, intoxicating hemp will be removed from store shelves nationwide.
“Let’s be clear about what Congress did today: it did not repeal the hemp THC ban. It gave Big Hemp thirty more days to sell kid-friendly, addictive products. The ban Congress passed on a bipartisan basis remains the law, and we intend to make sure it takes full effect on December 11,” said SAM CEO Kevin A.
