Patrick Kennedy, Co-chair of SAM (Smart Approaches to Marijuana) sent a letter to the Hon. Eric Holder today regarding the marijuana initiatives in CO and WA, on behalf of CADCA, NADCP, NNOAC, SAM, AAP-Colorado, and Smart Colorado.
